Thank you for visiting our website. We hope this message finds you healthy and safe. It is encouraging to see so many people working hard to keep us all safe and we are grateful for the guidance put in place to allow us to begin providing treatment again.
Please be aware of some changes to our operations as we adjust to new norms.
We are no longer accepting walk-in appointments
From this point on, we will no longer be accepting walk-ins. All patients will need to call (403) 338-1014 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to schedule an appointment. Our entrance door will be closed and opened when a patient arrives for their appointment.
We are now limited to two guests in our reception area at a time and appointments will be scheduled to accommodate this. Patients will be asked to leave the office while their dentures are being repaired or relined. Luckily we have the mall with a Safeway and Starbucks to bide some time!
Masks will be mandatory for staff
All staff will be required to wear masks and/or face shields when in contact with a patient. We will smile with our eyes instead!

All patients will be asked to hand sanitize when they enter the office.
Limited PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) will guide our scheduling
Due to the limited quantities of required PPE, appointments will be scheduled accordingly. Repairs may be ready as late as the following day, whereas previously they could usually be completed within an hour. This change is to maximize efficient use of surgical gowns and masks which are required for many repairs.
As we navigate these changes, we will begin by operating on a Tuesday and Thursday schedule to meet with patients, leaving other days available for lab work – again, this is to use our PPE efficiently while supplies are so scarce. We will revisit these restrictions as PPE becomes more available.
All patients will require a Covid-19 phone prescreen within two hours of their appointment
We will call you within two hours of your appointment to ask a few basic Covid-19 screening questions.
